It can be difficult to find the ideal cake shop in Raffles Place that shares your style. Cakes, too? Without them, a celebration is not possible. Because of their sweetness, which is sufficient to promote the release of dopamine and serotonin (also known as happy hormones for those of us who aren’t well-versed in neuroscience), they are the ultimate comfort food for the majority of people. Selecting the ideal cake for a surprise party might be difficult; for example, do they have a favourite frosting? Are two tiers of cake excessive? Cupcakes will do, right? You’re in luck, though, because we’ve compiled a list of the top 5 cake shops in Raffles Place, saving you the trouble!
Note: This list is strictly not in order.

Business Reviews:
1. This is my “to go” place for a quick brekky! The parmesan scone is my favourite!
2. Has couple of scones, Piccolo latte and burnt cc. Probably the best cheesecake I’ve had. Very balanced (not too dense and cheesy, not too light and underwhelming) with a texture that borders on ice cream cake. Btw I’ve just had the hyped up Olivia signature cheesecake, which costs $15 before GST and is too salty for me. This one is $7.50 per slice and worth every cent. Totally satisfying. If you wanna buy the whole cake, order 1-2 days in advance.
3. A small bakery selling scones with fillings and some cakes. Very nice especially when eating it warm. The sweet potato latte was worth trying and comforting.

Business Reviews:
1. For a first time customer might find it particularly challenging to explore all the options due to the limited space of the shelves and displays. Despite the cramped space, it was delicious baked goods, with the salt butter bread being a standout favourite which sold out quite fast. The salt lightly sprinkled on top of the bread. The bread with rich taste of butter and soft and fluffy. The delightful aroma of freshly baked bread make it worthwhile visit.
2. Expect queues but they move fast. damnnn good donuts(sugar/cinnamon – chewy and airy). charsiewpasty and eggtarts amazing too. reasonable price for town. big servings. usually at lunchtime 1130-1230 its freshly baked and warm. if you eat it right away, you might continue queuing to buy more. board also writes timing for freshly baked pastries. highly recommended. total bliss. my colleagues and i buy 2-6 per person almost everyday. heard from them the croissant and crispy cream cheese bun is great too.
3. This is the closest I can find that tastes exactly like the ones in HK Chui Wa. I really love this condensed milk bun whenever I pass by I will order this for my office tea break. The mains are good as well like porridge and roasted meat noodles.

Business Reviews:
1. The birthday cake was quite delicious but a bit too expensive for the quality and size.
2. I ordered a strawberry shortcake at the Raffles City outlet. It looks lovely with those big strawberries. When eaten, woah, it blew me away!! Oh yeah, the staff was very helpful and friendly and I will buy from this branch again.
3. I bought this cake for a birthday celebration. Friendly staff and well-made cakes! Raffles City is also a breeze to park as there is plenty of parking, especially on the weekends.
