The crab beehoon is their most iconic dish and have enjoyed the rich taste and plump crab meat. The rest of the dishes are typical. Service was also nice and friendly too. It was enjoyable time here!
2. Love the crab bee hoon. The sauce that comes with the bee hoon has a lot of wok hei. The fried har chiong chicken is fantastic. The venison with spring onion is good. The fried pork goes well with the sweet garlic 🌶️ sauce. They do not charge corkage unless you open 3 bottles. Kam hiong lala was good. Service is fast and good.
3. Heard quite a few good things about Long Ji Zi Char and decided to gather a few of my friends to come here for a Friday dinner. All seats before 8.15pm were already fully reserved 2 weeks before so we had to settle for a late dinner. Ordered the dishes which I saw were featured / must order on social media. Everything was generally good but my favorites were the crab bee hoon, steamed fish, fermented sauce pork and gong bao chicken. These 4 dishes make me want to come back again. The crab bee hoon is no joke, many consider it to be one of the best in Singapore, and I heartily agree.

1. Taiwanese cuisine. The decor is full of things that will remind you of Taiwan. The flavour of the Braised Pork Rice is good, I just wished the pork is more minced. But if you like the type where you can see the braised pork pieces, then this is for you. The Sesame Oil Chicken Soup is decent too, though not wow. The Chicken Chop Noodles was on point, bouncy noodles well coated with braised pork sauce with the chicken chop served on the side. The chicken chop is crispy and juicy, giving Shih Lin a run for their money. Winter Melon Tea is also on point but too sweet. Server was kind enough to bring us a cup of cold water to dilute it. Portion size decent for a single person per main. Overall decent Taiwanese fare at reasonable prices.
2. Mostly very good eats. And staff were so polite despite having to work on the first day of Chinese New Year. We enjoyed the fat slurpy al dente noodles and tasty beef slices. Not so much the over marinaded pork chop which was oily as well. Soup was delicious with enough salted veg. Quite expensive for cafe food but tasty.
3. Shared some food w my friend, the sweet potato fries is not to be missed, heard from the service staff that they imported the sweet potato from Taiwan to preserve the authentic Taiwan taste. If I had to re-order I would’ve went for the Sesame Oil soup w rice. The taste was beyond my expectations. The other food that I had was also yummy! High standards of food for a decent price.

1. A good place to enjoy family dinner. Besides Bah Kut Teh dishes, thry serve a good variety of Chinese dishes. The Oyster Omelette was exceptionally crispy and they are not stingy with the oysters. The Braised Pork Knuckle was very tender and flavourful. Muah Chee was a favourite as it was fresh and chewy. The Pork Ribs were tender and we enjoyed dipping the freshly fried youtiao into the piping hot soup. We chose the original soup which wasn’t too peppery for us. I recommend to choose the more peppery option if you like it more spicy. Overall a pleasant dining experience and will be back to try the rest of the dishes.

Nice pleasant air-conditioned environment for bak kut teh. we found the original soup a little bland, while the extra garlic version had just the right kick for us. the dry bak kut teh was really yummy too! 卤肉饭 was alright, pork skin stil a tad tough for my liking. black & white muah chee was interesting, worth a try. 😋
