1. Ordered a cake from Paris Baguette @ Bedok mall . Realise the birthday message was incorrect and I told them it’s ok just erase one of the character and it’s good but the staff told me it will not look good and then I told the staff to remove the entire message I’m fine with that and the recipient of the cake will not mind either. It’s just a small matter to me. I was surprise that the staff took their mistake very seriously and had my cake replace and they did something nice for me to make it up. I wouldn’t want to write it here as I don’t wish that some people might use this tactics to benefit from it I’m not saying everyone will do that but I do know some people will. Thank you all staffs at Paris Baguette Bedok mall!! I greatly appreciate the way you take good care of your customers even though I’m not your regular but I will come back again when I need to order cake.
