1. Puffs And Peaks Bakery
Puffs & Peaks Bakery in Tampines offers monthly menus and high-quality, handcrafted baked items created in small batches. It is delicious in many senses, created with love by their bakers using carefully chosen ingredients. They are fortunate bakers who have a sense of home even when they are working, regardless of what could be cooking in their ovens. These smells are inviting, much like coming home after a tiring day of activity. And they really encourage you to come sample their baked goods with them.
Business Reviews:
1. Donuts: Dough isn’t the pillowy soft kind but still soft with some chew. Filling for the donuts are well done and the donuts are fully filled with them, will be back for this. Pistachio Croissant: Pastry was pretty good but the filling was average. Brownie: Soft and fudgy but flavour wise found it to be just alright.
2.THE best. My comfort food. The owners put much effort to offer new varieties month after month – just think abt the effort required to make that work, and work WELL for their customers. Service is great too, staff are well versed with the menu and gives suggestions accordingly.
3. Tried so many items from them and love them all 🥹♥️ special shoutouts to their pandan bakes (pandan coconut donut, pandan tarts, pandan cheesecake), donuts (esp earl grey, matcha, passionfruit thyme, mango pomelo), espresso mousse tarts, mushroom puffs & quiche and tiramisu croissants. I think if I could only pick 1 bakery in the whole of SG theirs would be it 😚 also I live in the far west and travelled all the way to Tampines for this and my friends think I am crazy so that speaks volumes abt the quality of their bakes!! Truly phenomenal ☺️🌟

Business Reviews:
1. Tried the pistachio round croissant and beef rendang croissant. Both were rather tasty. The croissant is soft and flaky, and actually kinda tastes like roti prata. Toppings are generous, although there is no filling in the pistachio croissant. Not too sweet and quite a light snack, although on the pricier side. They sell coffee from a coffee machine as well, but there is very limited seating (with only 2 small tables outside the cafe that is not air-conditioned).
2. Got the chicken satay, beef rendang, mutton briyani, choco chip crookie and ondeh-ondeh roll cake. The pastry has really good lamination. The layers were enveloped well, and it has a nice crunch outside while soft on the inside. It doesn’t feel greasy when filled with savoury fillings. Out of the three, I would highly recommend the beef rendang. The meat were good sized chunks and the flavours compliment the pastry well. I only tried the crookie because its going viral on the internet but its not that bad. I can only taste the cookie dough and not the pastry itself. The ondeh-ondeh roll was amazing. The filling was generous, and by far one of the best I’ve tried in SG. Highly recommend!
3. They are really good especially the crossaint with cookie and bread butter pudding! It’s really one of the best I’ve tried! This is my 3rd time buying from the store! Will patronise again!
