1. Swaad Restaurant
Among the best Little India buffet restaurants, the vegetarian paradise Swaad Restaurant awaits you. Renowned for serving up vegetarian Saatvik lifestyle food, Swaad offers a delicious selection of meals, like the heavenly undiyu, the soothing khadi, and the tasty khandvi. The dining experience is even better paired with the calm atmosphere and polite staff. The flavours are deep and filling even without the addition of garlic or onion. For a taste of authentic Indian hospitality, Swaad is a must-visit place with flawless service and a calm ambience.
Business Reviews:
1. Amazingly authentic Gujarati food! Go here if you want to know how tasty food can be without onion and garlic too! We went all out and ordered very traditional gujju items like undiyu, khadi, gujarati dal, khandvi, Patra. They were all amazing especially the undiyu. The phulkas were extremely light soft and fluffy. Was like I ate at the home of a Gujarati grandmother. The icing on the experience was the Shrikand!! The only issue was that service was a little slow because they didn’t have enough waiters for the crowd. Hopefully that will change as their business picks up. We spent about 100 dollars for 3 people but we ate quantities sufficient for 5 people!
2. Swaad is one of my favorite restaurants in Singapore and is a must try for vegetarians, especially Jains and people who love non-spicy food. Food was superb, very flavorful and delicious, delicately prepared with the appropriate amount of spice. The faint Bhajan music in the background is so peaceful and pleasant, adding a divine atmosphere to the dining experience. Undoubtedly, a favorite! I will definitely visit again.
3. Amazing food and service, was especially worth because of the buffet. Couldn’t tell that there was no onion and garlic (except the raita which was still really good anyways). Food is not overbearingly spicy, which is a plus point.

Business Reviews:
1. Amazing Punjabi food at very reasonable rates, maybe $$ out of 4 price point wise. Great selection and lovely staff. Good for people watching. Walking distance from the Downtown line MRT station, though maybe 20 minutes from the East West Lavender station. Would recommend for 1-4 people. Definitely save a little room for dessert.
2. What a fantastic place for dinner. Lovely outdoor seating with a nice breeze from the fans. The food was outstanding. Plenty of options including meat and vegetarian, and everything was ordered was delicious. The staff were friendly and attentive and very patient with our requests for mild food for the kids. Would definitely return here if we find ourselves in Singapore again.
3. There is only one rating for this institution and that is 5/5 stars. The food is exceptional (all 15+ times I’ve visited). Service is unbeatable. And the boss man is a true gem. Always so friendly and remembers customers. Treats his staff great. Which you can see because same staff for years and everyone is always smiling. Great place to stop by if you’re in Little India. A must visit whether you’re a tourist in town or local!
