Note: This list is not in order.
1. Ya Kun Family Cafe

The Ya Kun Family Cafe near Pasir Ris is known for its unmatched kaya toast and deliciously fragrant tea and coffee. Besides that, their menu includes many local delicacies such as mee siam, nasi lemak, and soft-boiled eggs. Ya Kun Family Cafe’s cozy, vintage ambiance is a fitting reflection of its modest beginnings as a coffee stall in the 1940s. It has expanded to other countries in Asia and has received multiple awards for its excellent food and service. Truly, Ya Kun Family Cafe is one of the best places in Pasir Ris to get a taste of authentic Singapore cuisine.
Business Review:
1. Delicious curry chicken noodles! The satay chicken cutlet rice is not bad too.
2. Have never tried the food in Ya Kun until today I decided to give it a try. It turns out surprisingly good. I tried the Nasi Lemak, which is very fragrant, they didn’t skimp on coconut oil despite the cost of food going up! The curry noodle was great as well, chicken meat very soft and tender and no chickeny taste! Too bad ran out of laksa, will come try that next time!
3. Fav location for a quick meal. We just adore the Kaya Toast and Teh. Also like the curry noodles but the dish tends to get a little saltier towards the evening. This happens at the other branch in Pasir Ris too.

Business Review:
1. Delightful dining experience. Cannot say that it’s exactly authentic but at least comfortable, food is decent and prices are not sky high expensive (still more than food court). Will be back if in the vicinity
2. Love the Signature noodles & Chicken Chop. Great fusion food. Place can get crowded and tables are closed to each other. Be there before the peak hours to enjoy quicker serving time.
3. I’m glad to see no crowds so I dun have to Q. 😁😜 Food is not bad, what I would like to compliment is their excellent customer service, very attentive and friendly even staff from the kitchen. 👍
