1. I was given a very friendly welcome to the store! Excellent service team that doesn’t hesitate to engage guests and put in recommendations! Place is pretty cosy but there is limited seating thus don’t go in a large group without giving them a heads up! Coffee is pretty good! (Forgot to take pics!!)
2. Great coffee and service. They served the wrong order and I didn’t know haha. But they quickly whipped up my coffee order. I got lucky and had the first coffee on the house! Will definitely come back again 😊
3. Read about it and happened to be in the area and went it for a latte and banana cake. There was already the aroma of coffee along the walkway. I really enjoyed the latte and cake. Latte was creamy and flavourful, not acidic. Would head back to try other beans 🙂

3. Stumbled over it on my way to the library and excellent coffee and honey+salt croissant in a small absolutely chilled out cafe, peaceful and relaxing. The staff offered to help charge my near dead phone and then when I forgot it, ran after me to return it! The honey I got in a jar is intense and that’s one of the mild flavours, looking forward to trying the spicier one next time.

1. Great food, great service and great atmoshere! Ordered the full breakfast, fried chicken sadwhich, iced mocha and hot latte. The ingredients in the breakfast set were all great, loved the juicy and huge portobello mushroom, homemade hashbrown, the sausage and the crispy bacon in it.
For the crispy fried chicken sandwhich, trust me when i say it’s really very crispy and I would definitely come back for it!! Would like to specially mention Keat because he was very friendly and very nice in answering all our questions about the food (he’s also the one who recommended the fried chicken sandwhich!). Overall will definitely come back again for the great food and great service ❤️
2. Surpised to see commonman coffee at alexandra road. Only tried the joo chiat outlet before and happy that it’s now in the west. The coffee is slightly on the acidic side but the dessert is superb. What we ate is the brown sugar tiramisu. Wow this taste really nice. Will try their main food menu next time. The dishes look very interesting.
3. If you have deeper pockets and you don’t mind paying for a good brunch place, do consider common man coffee with their delectable breakfast combo and also their nitro ice tea is really refreshing and really aesthetically pleasing.

The space, albeit small, provides a quiet retreat ideal for a quick supper. For those with a penchant for soups, their offerings boast surprising complexity. OVERBRØD’s commitment to excellence shines through in every bite, making it a must-visit gem.
Business Reviews:
1. Everything we had here was so delicious, so fresh, you can tell they take pride in what they served. Menu not very extensive. Many dishes very dill forward. Thoroughly enjoyed the fish soup, the meatballs and the beef sandwich. The space is tiny, just a few tables but quiet on a weekend dinner
2. Always happy to dine here. The sandwiches are pricey but always generously topped with ingredients, and the cooked options are just as strong as the cold ones (their fried halibut was honestly better than many dedicated fish and chip shops). Don’t neglect to order the soups; they have a complexity in taste that belie their simple descriptions. My only nitpick so far is that the meatball dish was a too salty, and that the portion of cranberry sauce was insufficient to cut through the salt and the richness of the mash.
3. truly a hidden gem! Been a returning customer for a while and had to write this review after my most recent visit! Quality of ingredients is amazing, flavours are also exceptional. Chef is always very detailed and you can tell that he takes pride in the various dishes offered on the menu. Love their meatballs, salmon smørrebrød, fish stew & just had their limited shrimps & guac smørrebrød which i LOVED. Hope it becomes a permanent on the menu. Will definitely return again. Highly recommend!!
