Business Reviews:
1. The vibes great. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The portion of the dishes were quite large even we ordered in small. Recommended by my gf. Price was affordable. Claypot tofu – it’s Japanese egg tofu with mince meat gravy. It’s tastes not bad and flavourful and needs rice to eat with. Stir fried vegetable with soup – fried with garlic which really brings out the flavour and makes the vegetables taste really good. Sweet and sour pork – this was not bad, they should use pork belly with ratio 1:1 of the fat and lean meat to make it up to standard. The chili sauce was tasty 🙂
2. 1) Great service. Server explained the restaurant’s best dishes in detail and recommended appropriate portions. 2) Dishes. Beautiful presentation, palatable and flavourful. We finished everything. 3) Cosy environment for casual conversations and family bonding. 赞!
3. Love the soup especially with the cold weather. The lychee sweet and sour pork is nice! The staff Su Ling is very friendly and offered us free dessert. Will come back again! Great service.

Business Reviews:
1. Lots of HK style congee places has been closed down over the years. Covid minus some from this chain as well. Used to love one at Boat Quay, another one at Central..no names mentioned. Imperial is the handful restaurants that serve decent congee now which is comparable to HK standards.
2. Highly recommend the congee, noodles, and rice roll with fried shrimp. This place is great for fomo people who can’t decide on just one ingredient as you can have a combination of up to 3 different ones. Service is excellent; super helpful, friendly but not too intrusive. Ambience and lighting enjoyable for a cozy modern dim sum meal. Enjoyable meal all around.
3. Yummy roasted duck noodles.😋😋😋

Business Reviews:
1. We visited this restaurant for dinner and were thoroughly impressed not only by the delicious food but also by the exceptional service provided by Mr. Chau, the Director of the establishment. A moment that truly exemplified his dedication to customer care occurred when my elderly mother inadvertently left her handbag in the disabled restroom after our meal. Realizing her mistake only after reaching the first floor, we hurried back to the restroom to find the door closed and the occupied indicator lit. Despite waiting for over 15 minutes with no sign of movement, our concern grew. It was then that my sister-in-law reached out to the restaurant for assistance. Without delay, Mr. Chau personally intervened. He immediately offered my mother a chair near the restaurant to ensure her comfort and then promptly contacted building security for assistance. Upon their arrival, the security team, with Mr. Chau’s coordination, swiftly accessed the restroom.
Fortunately, it was discovered that the door malfunctioned, and no one was inside. My mother was immensely relieved to find her belongings untouched. Mr. Chau’s composed demeanor, quick action, and genuine concern for the elderly truly stood out in this moment of crisis. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Chau for his exemplary conduct and commendable care. Thank you, Mr. Chau, for going above and beyond to ensure the well-being of your patrons.
2. This was to celebrate my brother in law’s birthday. It was great overall they apparently moved here from odeon towers as my father-in-law was a regular guest as he brings foreign guest here for food but now there’s no more complimentary car park coupons as they were previously under Asia grand hotel but now they are just regular tenden of the existing hotel. It’s still fine as I was not paying it as my wife is driving the car.
3. Great dinning experience. Every dishes are just delicious. Love their peking duck, sucking pig, claypot rice and steamed fish. Service staff are friendly and attentive to top up our drinks regularly. Highly recommended
