Business Reviews:
1. We had a lovely dinner at Casa Pietrasanta. It is a cozy Italian restaurant with 4 tables. The food and service were excellent. The braised beef cheeks, zuppa di mare, burrata, linguine vongol, iberco pork and roasted sliver pomfret (silver pompano all’isolanal) in particular were very good. This was the first time we had pomfret served in an Italian restaurant and it was excellent. We all chose tiramisu for dessert and all gave the thumbs up. The chef Carlo came to chat with us after our meal. He is very friendly and we can see that he is truly passionate about his cooking. A truly enjoyable meal and evening at Casa Pietrasanta.
2. A very authentic Italian dining experience. The place was quite small so it felt like semi-private dining. Food was amazing, classic Italian dishes but with some creative twists. Chef Carlos was welcoming and explained dishes to us in detail. Highly recommend the tuna tartare but honestly everything we ordered was great.
3. Amazing place that aims at serving homely Italian food. Their sincere effort in preparations granted us a non-pretentious meal and memorable experience. I highly recommend their roasted duck. Well marinated and tender on the inside. Paired with the sauce, it’s even better. Their chocolate and hazelnut dessert is perfect as the finale to this wonderful dinner.

Business Reviews:
1. Amazing pizza, it reminds us of our Italy trip! Also a health reason that we decided to try this place , noticed on their menu stated their pizza and pasta are made from organic wheat flour 👍🏻 Craving prawn bisque soup, it hit the spot at first but somehow I noticed some ammonia taste halfway not sure if it’s a me thing or if it’s really the soup.
2. Food is so awesome! Authentic Italian cuisine, fresh pasta and pizza. Not to mention owner Gracie is so nice and accommodating too. Would highly recommend to dine for an exceptional Italian fare in central Singapore.
3. Love the variety of pizza and pasta here. Pasta was nice, very al-dente! Although picture looks like thick crust on the side, but in fact its pretty thin dough with plentiful of cheese. The prawn bisque was also delicious with prawn chunk. Roast pork was recommended but it felt abit on the salty side. Desserts were great to end the meal. Additional points for the ambience and service!!
