Business Reviews:

1. All Japanese chef restaurants, some are even good looking 🙂 a contemporary atmosphere served with authentic Japanese menu. Super fresh ingredients and perfect match of dishes to satisfy your palette. We even eat every bite of the decorative flowers and vegetables, it was so fresh! Uni was thick, chunky, creamy and fresh. Toro was fatty and soft. Kinki fish – learned from the chef that’s a Hokkaido local deep sea fish. Super buttery! We top up with a Uni Toro hand roll with sea salt, it was an explosive palette satisfaction. $68/78 per piece.

2. Every visit to Hazuki never fails to impress. Kenta san knows just how to provide the best experience to his diners with his exceptional care in preparing each course. Whether it’s a casual meal or a special occasion, it’s a joy dining at Hazuki. Thank you as always ❤️

3. Service was excellent. The waiter was very knowledgeable and professional. I would say this is the most valuable and most satisfying Japanese omakase ever in Singapore. Make the reservation now!

4. Sushi Ayumu by Masa Ishibashi

Walking towards a fresh start is what the name “Ayu-mu” (あゆ夢) signifies. They started their adventure in 2018 out of a deep admiration and a desire to introduce you to the rich history of “edomae” sushi. Their long-time and close friend, the well-known chef Masakazu Ishibashi, who is referred to as “Chef Masa” by his fans in Japan and Asia, served as the inspiration for the name. Growing up, Chef Masa spent a lot of time behind the counter in the sushi business her family owned in Tochigi prefecture. Sushi Ayumu also offers a remarkable sake selection, handpicked to elevate the umami flavours of each course. The peaceful and intimate ambience makes it a favourite for both first-timers and aficionados. For an unparalleled Orchard omakase experience, Sushi Ayumu by Masa Ishibashi is an exceptional destination. It is the epitome of Japanese finesse right in the heart of Orchard.

Business Reviews:

1. Established Omakase restaurant in the heart of Orchard Road. Master Ishibashi gives a quiet but warm reception through his edomae course of fresh, seasonal seafood. We had the lunch Shiwasu (师走)course @$330+++ per person. Braised hotate and grilled Nodoguro (sea perch) hand-rolls, Sawara (Spanish mackerel) sashimi, grilled Kinmeidai were just some highlights. Loved the torotaku handroll for the crunchy textures. Have a conversation with Master Ishibashi as well and revel in his deep knowledge of the ingredients.

2. The staff is particularly good at introducing various ingredients, and Joanna and Shougo are particularly attentive to the ingredients! The best Omakase I have ever had in Singapore. I come here often and will continue to come here in the future.

3. Best Omakase hands down in Singapore by Shintaro San🙏🏻
