1. Great service and good. There’s section for the kids to play. Family and pet friendly cafe.
2. Pet friendly & right by a riverside walking path. Serves good food.
3. Bringing a pet out is like bringing a baby, sometimes forget to bring this and that, forget to take photos of my food, how can! 😆 Had a few of their dishes and these were some that I remember to take of. 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗮𝗻 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝘀𝘂𝗻𝗻𝘆 𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝘂𝗽, sausages a bit off can’t taste much of it, the rest were good. Always like their 𝗠𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗮 𝗰𝗮𝘂𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿, go try if you have not! Their 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗶 thinks the seasoning is not strong enough. They were so nice upon seeing me with my pet, brought a pet chair for her 🥰 If you are looking for a pet-friendly cafe, you can come here though they don’t sell food for pets but I feel this is good enough le, walked in the park can come here eat and relax.

Business Reviews:
1. Tenderbest is so successful, they have multiple outlets in just few years, with their good reputation of good quality food at low price. I like to frequent their Punggol East outlet, as it is tucked in a quiet corner, and just besides a very big open car park. I had tried the beef and mutton dishes, both were not so good, meats were tough, other than that, all dishes are excellent. There is a counter inside by the name of Cat and Fiddle, selling quality cakes and dessert.
2. Came here with my family for dinner on a Sunday night. As expected, the crowd during dinner time was quite bad but thankfully, the restaurant had a good system in place. The queue outside was orderly and the staff knew how to handle the specifics (i.e. outdoor/indoor seating, number of pax to prioritise based on table availability etc). It took about 20 minutes before we had a table allocated to us. While waiting, they also wasted no time by handing us a piece of paper to write down our orders. Once inside, we had to queue at the counter again to place our orders. Although this one took a bit longer than the queue outside, it was still manageable and not frustratingly long because the staff moved fast in taking our orders. All in all, from queuing to placing our orders, it took about 40 minutes, which considering the Sunday dinner crowd, was acceptable. The environment in the restaurant was cosy and wasn’t overly noisy. The good thing was the food was prepared really quickly (i.e. 5 minutes after placing our orders) which was a pleasant surprise. Food was great (see pictures below for specifics) – we ordered 4 mains, a side to share (fries) and 4 drinks for each of us. For the price that we paid (about $10-$15 per person), it was really affordable and the portion and taste was decent. For those getting takeout, there is a separate kiosk outside for you to place your orders in a machine. You would not need to queue together in the restaurant so this is a pretty good alternative. There is also a Cat and Fiddle shop sharing the space at the entrance so do pop by for some dessert if you are in the mood after dinner! You can order and eat at the same table so you don’t have to worry about seating. All in all, I would come back again in the future, and most certainly recommend to anyone in the area to come here.
3. Recommended to dine in. Spacious of parking space and food n drinks awesome. There are cakes, waffle and ice cream to enjoy! (Cat & Fiddle) 👍🏼

1. A nice chill ice cream cafe to hang out and have waffles. The waffles are definitely a class above A&W which is just next door. Comes with honey drizzle at the side and the waffles are crispy and delicious. There are a number of ice cream flavors to choose from, I chose the lychee and earl grey ice cream. The ice cream is delicious and definitely can come back kind of place. Dinner time can be crowded too. Oh there is a menu for dogs so if you’re a dog owner it’s pet friendly and you can order some treats for your dogs which is a nice touch considering there are many dog owners in the heartlands. Worth trying out if you’re in the north shore area and want to look at the sea after a meal.
2. Happy that Creamier opened an outlet nearer to my place. Still one of the best waffles & ice cream to go to. And this store is pet friendly , outdoor sitting.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. What makes a café in Punggol pet-friendly?
A pet-friendly café in Punggol is an establishment that has a dedicated outdoor refreshment area where pets are permitted. These spaces are separate from the main food preparation and indoor dining areas, ensuring hygiene and safety for all patrons. The management of these cafés has taken the necessary steps to welcome pets, and they often display clear signage to inform visitors of their policy.
These cafés are popular because they allow pet owners to enjoy a meal or a drink without leaving their companions behind. The spaces are usually designed to be comfortable and safe for animals, often with enough room for them to sit or lie down without causing an obstruction. It is important to remember that these are not designated pet parks; pet owners are expected to maintain control over their animals at all times.
2. Are there any specific rules I need to follow when bringing my pet?
Yes, there are several general rules of etiquette that patrons are expected to follow. Pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier at all times. Owners are responsible for their pets’ behaviour and must ensure they do not cause a nuisance to other diners or their animals. This includes preventing excessive barking or any aggressive behaviour.
Furthermore, hygiene is paramount. Owners are required to clean up after their pets immediately. Many establishments provide a small kit or have waste disposal points for convenience. It is also a common rule that pets are not allowed to be fed using any crockery or utensils that are also used for human consumption.
3. Do these cafes provide special food or water for pets?
Some cafés do provide special menus or treats designed for pets, whilst others do not. You may find some establishments offer complimentary water bowls or a dedicated water point for animals to stay hydrated, particularly in Singapore’s hot climate. However, these services are not universally available.
For this reason, it is always a good practice to bring your own water bottle and bowl for your pet. If your pet has a specific dietary requirement, it is best to bring their own food and treats as well. This will prevent any disappointment and ensure your pet is well looked after during the outing.
4. Are there restrictions on the type of pets allowed?
Generally, most pet-friendly cafés in Punggol are highly accommodating to dogs, as they are the most common companions for such outings. Smaller animals in carriers, such as cats, are also often permitted. However, it is always a good idea to check with the café beforehand if you have a less common pet.
In accordance with national regulations, there are often restrictions on certain breeds of dogs that must be muzzled in public areas. Owners must abide by these rules to ensure the safety of everyone. It is also important to consider your pet’s temperament and comfort level in a crowded environment with other animals and people before you visit.
5. Are the dining areas sheltered from the weather?
The dining areas for pets are typically situated outdoors, which can mean they are exposed to the elements. Some establishments have sheltered al fresco areas that provide some protection from rain or direct sunlight. However, this is not a universal feature.
It is wise to check the weather forecast before you head out with your pet. If it is a particularly hot or humid day, you may wish to visit during the cooler hours of the morning or late afternoon. Bringing a portable fan or a mat for your pet to lie on can also make their experience more comfortable.
