1. Jack’s Place restaurant on Level 4 is situated within The Jewel area of Changi Airport – but in food and culinary terms Jack’s Place is the real “Hidden Jewel” of Changi Airport. The food is truly amazing – really incredible genuine New Zealand beef and steaks and excellent food served fast and presented almost artistically (well done the Chefs). Sheryl at the front desk does an incredible job of seating and serving and the view of The Jewel water feature is amazing from inside the restaurant. What a great meal at an incredibly good price too and a menu that delivers a superb selection of food. One thing is for certain – Jack’s Place at Changi Airport is the “Go To” place for unbelievably good food at a very reasonable price and it is almost guaranteed you will get more than you ordered – and I am sure you will agree with me.
2. Had a great time here at Jack’s Place Jewel today with my family! Staff was very friendly and accommodating, and service was nothing short of excellent. Food was fantastic too, I requested steak to be done medium rare and it was delivered perfectly as requested. Special shoutout to Alenz, who overheard that I was having my birthday today and served me a complimentary slice of cake while playing birthday music. His service was impeccable and I am very happy to have dined here today. Overall, a hearty recommendation from me!
