1. Went to Punggol One to try vegetarian food. Very convenient to go to Sam Kee LRT, 1 stop from Punggol MRT. Ordered Nasi Kuning as this is available on weekends. The nasi is generous with delicious dishes. Rmb to ask for chilli and it will bring out the fragrance and spiciness.
2. I have ordered vegetarian nasi padang from the stall. The food is delicious and nice and auntie is also friendly. Die Die Must Try!!!!
3. Studying for exam at Punggol library and craving for spicy food. Chanced upon Ci En Vegetarian at One Punggol Hawker Centre. The Nasi Padang and beehoon soto, though its vegetarian are extremely tasty. The chilly accompanying Nasi padang is so sedap and spicy I didn’t believe such good chilly exist in a modern hawker centre! The cook takes pride in her food as she shares with us what she used in her vegetarian soto soup…a lot of ingredients goes into the simple soto soup! If you never believe vegetarian Indonesian food can taste so mouthwatering good (sedap), try Ci En. The prices are also very pocket friendly. (:
