1. The food is top notch and the most authentic Vietnamese I’ve ever encountered in Singapore. I love that they are generous with the vegetables as the authentic Vietnamese cuisine would. The Bun Rieu is above average and generous with ingredients, I can taste the crab flavour in the soup. My favourite would be the Papaya Pork Salad, taste very clean and refreshing. The scallop is really good value and tasted fresh too. I would have thought it’s frozen at that price but even if it is, the preparation is superb to produce the fresh tasting and beautiful flesh. The Vietnamese coffee is also the best I’ve had in Singapore. They used good Vietnamese beans and not the instant coffee. Definitely worth returning. The experience would be perfect if the place is air-conditioned. Let’s hope this place proper enough to be able to afford air cond without imposing the cost to the customer one day.
2. Generously filled pancake with sprouts and pork cuts and lots of fresh herb and greens on the side. Love the dipping sauce. Spring rolls were great too. Feels fresh, light and healthy. Very shiok.
3. One of the best and most authentic Vietnamese food found in Singapore. The takeaway is good, but dining in is even better as they have items on the menu that is not available for Grab order.
