Gym is clean and has cardio equipment (including TRX, a skill mill, and even adecent boxing bag) and all weight equipment you need, even for a workout on the heavier side (dumbells up to 40kg, 2 squat / power racks, solid adjustable benches). Opemnimg times are fgreat if you have a busy day and they do walk-ins at reasonable prices. I’ll be back next time I’m in the area.
