3. Went to the clinic on 3 April and was seen by Dr Yeo. He is very professional, understanding and kind. He was able to make an accurate and quick diagnosis and give the necessary treatment and advised me to go to hospital to get the treatment required.

1. Initially, I had a negative encounter with a part-time clinic assistant. However, Minmed prioritizes patient feedback and took the initiative to call, understand the situation and offer service recovery.
2. Visited at abt 7pm on a weekday evening and there was only a short queue. Convenient and efficient. Consultation price for my muscle injury costed abt $30.
3. That’s the first time we visit Minmed group. I found their service from Google. It was pleasant experience for us at Jurong point branch. All the admin staff and doctor are performing in professional ways, they are straight forward and helpful. Specially thanks for Ms Khalisah for assisting on the booking of appointment so we chose to visit and get to know Minmed instead of others. Recommended. 👍
