1. Got attended by Mr Lloyd to fix my beloved pair of R.M Williams. Initial queries from me were attended very promptly and clear over the phone and he continued to listen to my concerns in-person as well. After which, he went on to suggesting the best repair approach. Extremely polite and friendly. Most importantly, a job well done. The original weight of my boots got reduced by half, firmer and gripper and he also kindly re-polished to bring life back into the leather. This is my first experience ever with a shoe repair and I will only return here in the future. Photos attached includes both before and after.
2. Walked about and found this stall in the corner of basement 1, next to QB house. Approached the store owner just to ask how much it would cost for a cleaning (and some mending) of my sneakers. Gave him my left one for reference. Really great service. He gave it a quick blow and aesthetic cleaning. While ending up charging me nothing – telling me my shoes were clean enough and there’s really no need for anything else. “Don’t be overly conscious about your shoes” he said. 10/10 would recommend.

Have gone to him on previous occasions for leather shoes sole change, gluing/stiching of sneaker soles, shoe stretching and he delivered excellent end results! Recently wanted to revive my Clarks desert boots’ soles and they came out looking awesome, and on the agreed completion date. Saw multiple complaints of delayed completion timing and agree that boss does have have a poor system for keeping track of his jobs, but do cut him some slack as he is a one-man show. From my experience, check in with him on Whatsapp one week before the delivery date and confirm collection one day before to save yourself much hair-pulling and angry rants ☺️

1. This place definitely deserved 5 stars!!!! I sent my palladium shoes for repair on the Friday, and received message on Saturday night that it’s ready! WHOA!!!! My palladium shoes soles came out . And i just have to find the right craftsman to do the job. I searched around a few places and decided to try this instead because of a good review. Seriously, i have no regrets! My shoes are beautifully sawn and as good as new. Mr Ken is really good and the work is neat! Highly recommended !!!!
2. Excellent job by John and his assistant to give my old pair of brown leather shoes a new lease of life. They replaced the tattered sole well, and polished with shoe cream free of charge to make it look much better than when I sent it in. Will come again!
3. They did a wonderful job to one of my shoes. The stitches are neatly done. Juxtaposed it with the other side of the pair that was done by a diffeent cobbler, who just enforced wirh glue and nails. Pleasant customer service experience.
