The gentleman is not stingy with his knowledge for new reefers, while the lady is helpful with tending to my queries and is transparent with the costs of the products. 2. Very nice atmosphere. Both the man and the lady at the counter serviced with a smile. Among other corals that i purchased here, one of the open brain coral that i chosed had a “defect” on it. It was nice of them to point out to me not to get it, and chose another one instead. It is service like this that will make me not hesitate to patronize here again. 1. When I first step into this aquarium, yes the uncle is seated at one corner. After I made my selection, I approached him and he is not rude or anything like that which was mentioned, rather he was rather friendly. Even I ask him tips about keeping shrimps he readily share with me. I don’t know in what circumstances which make people feel he is rude, but we also need to reflect what is our way of approach towards the owner. Anyway the prices of the items are reasonable and I will be back for more definitely.
2. Many beautiful goldfishes. This place specialises more with goldfish and discus. Other fishes are limited but from what I saw, they have guppies, mollys, shrimps, plants, neon tetras, terrapins and kois. Shop owner let’s you do your own thing so you won’t feel pressured into making a purchase. But of course, some people would find this rude but I don’t mind it.
3. One of the cheapest place to get good quality ranchus at down to earth prices of $50-80 each!!! But must know how to choose a good shape fish, preferably with a smaller tail. Before Chinese New Year 2021, there were some 200-250 ranchus for you to choose! Kudos to a patient Boss who would give you lots of time to make up your own mind. Cheers!
