3. This is a really good bike shop with great service. The owner Darren and his wife is very attentive, friendly and will not hesitate to do their best. I bought a branded wheelset from Darren more than 2 years ago, but recently a part malfunctioned. Despite the warranty for the wheelset is over, Darren was passionate and proactive to hunt down the replacement part for my wheelset, going to the extent of getting the part from an overseas dealer as there was none to be found in SG. 1. Amazing service. Sam and the team really know what they’re doing. Went to 4 different bike shops / mechanics to solve a rotor rub issue on my back and front wheel. Was always told it was very complicated and the frame needed to be sent back, one mechanic tried to fix it and ended up breaking my frame and having to replace it. Sam and Robert spent 10 mins on my bike and solved the issue. Spin Axis is very much on a different level to other shops / mechanics. I won’t trust anyone else with my bike.
2. Finding a bike shop in Singapore is easy. Finding a bike shop with good mechanics that you can trust is harder. My bike fitter recommended Spin Axis and I decided to give it a try. Sam and Robert did an excellent job servicing my race bike and at a reasonable price. They kept me updated on the progress and helped install a chain catcher at no extra cost. The bike rides great now and is ready for my next race. The shop is a bit hard to find and relatively under the radar but it’s centrally located.
3. Sam and Robert is running a local independent business offering brands such as Willier, Basso and Pinarello as well as servicing of bikes of all models. I had several team mates recommending the shop to me telling me the service is excellent. The owners are very friendly and will go the extra mile to help you. They have many loyal long term customers all speaking very highly of their experience with the business. It is rare to see this level of service and willingness to help these days. Highly recommend this shop.
