She was so kind and personable- she wanted the best for my nails and did not hardsell. Out of goodwill she also helped me remove the old nail polish on my fingers because I’m not able to remove them myself as I am injured. Offered me moisturiser for my dry hand too after being in a cast fir so long. Another staff Evonne was sweet to offer all of us a bottle of water too though she came in on her day off.
