I had the seasonal sakura tofu chiffon recently, amazing taste with unparalleled aroma. However the sakura were really salty, I ended up removing off the entire top because somehow it was overly salty. Hopefully it was just a one time miss.

The strawberry soufflé is soft and sweet. The cheese taste is just at the right amount. Tiramisu is with rich coffee taste, even has the coffee dripping down.
