1. poor guy had to work on his own managing the grab orders and the snaking walk-in q. management please look into this as it is very poor manpower issue by the management- especially at rush hour. At least allow staff to close Grab order briefly. Nonetheless great service by staff member working on shift at 1730hrs on a Good Friday. Cream puffs at Kazo is the best.

2. Their durian puff is die die must try for durian lovers. Now having Opening special offer. Do drop by to satisfied your craving for cream puffs. They sell cakes too.

3. Love the Kazu Kazu & cream puff. As a person who don’t like cream or cakes, their fillings is really tasty & not too sweet. My favourite is the original Hokkaido flavour cream. Chocolate is nice too & macha is my last choice. The seasonal flavour burnt caramel is nice too. Box of 6 of Kazu kazu for $20 is the best deal. Puffs are nice too but I prefer Kazu Kazu.

1. Love the Crispy chocolate cake here. Cheapest among the cafes like Starbucks and CBTL. What I lost in McCafe Raspberry Diva cake is now replaced by the cakes here. The staff has now got used to be eating here and knows I only go for crispy.

Likes the service, love the food, just that sometimes the other customers can be quite rowdy. Just hope that in time to come, there will be more Chateraise with sit down area around my place.

3. On 13/8/23 at about 3.57pm had a few Yatsugatake yellow smoothie and a few red bean daifuku for my daughter. Chateraise was a nice place to chill other than Starbucks or Coffee Bean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Thank you very much and appreciated it. Serene at the cashiering counter provided excellent impeccable services on 8th Dec 2023 at 10.38am.

1. My fav corn & cheese cubes bread only find here at duke bakery. The bread here is healthy so I like to buy from duke bakery. The staff here are polite and the service is good.
