1. The food is consistent, maintaining a high standard across various outlets. The staff is exceptionally warm and welcoming. However, one drawback is the noise level, making it challenging to have conversations, especially with children playing nearby in addition to the restaurant music. Despite the noise, the music adds to the overall ambiance, creating a lively atmosphere that’s perfect for casual hangouts with friends!I missed their 冷面 so much though they have removed it from their menu for few years! I’m still hoping that it will appear on their menu again someday!!
2. First time there during lunch time, not that crowded. Like their food and they do have the BBQ plate on each table therefore the bbq skewers will place on top and food still be hot even if u eat later. Although varieties not as much but overall i will still go as it is a nice place to eat 烤串. I love their potatoes, toasted bread, 凉拌面, will go try more next time. Best to make reservation as dinner time and weekends normally fully book.
3. Waited about 45mins on a Friday night as did not make any reservation. Skewers are nice and not overly spicy. The rice noodle with clams is nice too. Food are served fast in batches and so we are able to eat it still hot..

1. Bought my family for dinner here and was overwhelmed by their hospitality. The staff took considerations such as separating the grills into spicy and non spicy so that the kids could enjoy the meal. Food was satisfying (I had better yakiniku). But i totally love the concept of Platter in a Can. Overall, good experience especially for cat lovers!
2. The dishes are well seasoned and juicy. Service is good as they barbecued for you. The mushroom and cheesy chicken are just awesome! Thanks for the extraordinary services and good food.
3. Service was great – nice that they cook for you so you can just chat with your friend. I had the 2 persons set to sample the main dishes. I love the sauces – they look so unimpressive at first but i had several servings after. Looking forward to going back to try the other cuts of meats. Only downside is spicy dishes are not spicy enough.

1. I book a reservation at 12pm lunch timing. Even though, i was a little late, they still reserved a table for me. Super friendly staff, I want to highlight this staff name Pam, she was really friendly, very helpful too. She joke with us which did lighten the atmosphere a lot. Pam, acts of service was top notch. It is very rare to get a good customer service when it was pack with many of customers. Pam, thank you so much, very grateful.
