Ím a captain, i been in Singapore temporarily, i buyed x box from this shop, young guy with glasses is really good guy he helped me too much, i was need a exchange money he came with me to shop for show place, and after he helped me too much informations about device. But the man i who is boss (I think) middle age also with glasses was little bit nervous I don’t know the reason, I’m now in my own country and I’m using my devices which I buyed from this shop without any problem. 2. Very positive experience with TOG Bugis. Third time customer. I bought a HORI PS5 Octa fightpad last evening. Product came with a slight defect – up button inputs were auto-registering in Street Fighter (so the character jumps on their own when the controller is left alone.) Brought the controller back to the outlet today and the two staff on duty were extremely professional and sincere. They replaced the product with a new one on the spot with no additional fuss. The new controller works great so far. Just wanted to send a big thanks to the TOG Bugis team for such a pleasant buying experience. 10/10 would buy from this shop again.

1. Was here 2nd time in a month today, both the staffs were very friendly and patient with my enquiries. Initially only planned to buy the one piece TCG, ended up happily bought another game as well. Definitely look forward to visiting again.
2. Wide variety of games available, slighty expensive for buying a game, but renting normal game for 1 hour only cost me 10 dollar (for a small game. I played tgt with my bf so it only cost us 5 dollar per person) . It is really cheap and worth to rent and play a game here. There is more games to play and some game’s rent fee might be more expensive. Overall its a good place for playing board games together with friends.
3. If you’re looking for board games, this is a great place to start. They have quite the collection whether you’re looking for a gargantuan one like Gloomhaven or a simpler one like Munchkins.
