Business Reviews:
1. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional service provided by Ms. Diana, and I must say it was truly outstanding. From the moment I walked in, her caring and sweet demeanour made me feel welcome and valued as a customer. What truly impressed me was her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. Not only did she prepare my drink with skill and care, but she also took the initiative to double-wrap it with cling wrap to prevent any spillage during my journey home. Such attention to detail and consideration for the customer’s experience is rare to find. Speaking of the drink itself, it was nothing short of perfection. The mocha latte prepared by Ms. Diana was undoubtedly the best I’ve ever had. It’s worth mentioning that despite my consistent enjoyment of this drink across various outlets, there was a notable difference in quality at the Admiralty location. However, this only served to highlight the exceptional standards set by Ms. Diana. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Ms. Diana for her dedication to providing excellent customer service. Her efforts did not go unnoticed, and I am grateful for the memorable experience she provided.
2. THE MATCHA LATTE WAS SO GOOD MAN IT WAS SO PEACEFUL TO STUDY IN THE MORNING <3

Happy to share that it was delicious, even though it’s missing the usual egg filling. I’m thrilled to get to try the Hazelnut latte. Also, the sourdough muffin with egg is such a breakfast treat! Keep up with the variety of breakfast set specials. We’ve not been disappointed. And I enjoyed a free slice of carrot cake being my birthday month. Kudos!
