2. Food has traditional taste, comes piping hot, tasty and unique. Service is super good – all the aunties were super friendly towards the kids. Always asking if they enjoy the food, need anything else, food enough or not. It’s like home away from home. Didn’t think to take photos so only empty plates. 🤣

Business Reviews:
1. The food is ideal for diners craving authentic Chinese cuisine. I particularly enjoyed the umami flavor in the dishes with gravy. This restaurant is perfect for Chinese reunions and gatherings with friends.
2. Excellent cuisines. Roasted aged duck, fried pork cutlet, pork stomach soup, Brinjal and vegetables stir fry.
3. Had dinner during Mother’s Day Eve yesterday so obviously there was a huge crowd so it was kind of chaotic with the staff trying their best to clear tables for the second batch of diners. The staff looked overwhelmed and stressed but service was impressive. They did their best to cater to the crowd despite being very busy as the restaurant is visibly understaffed. Notably, the lady who served my table Miss Li Fang was patient and attentive. she would get us the condiments or cutlery or whatever we asked for as a follow up even if she has to attend to other tables first. One of the Chinese guy in short sleeve shirt and who has wavy hair was also very attentive to diners ‘ s needs. Importantly food was served very quickly and taste is super yummy! Thumbs up.

The wantons are meaty, well-seasoned, and wrapped in thin skins, complemented by a flavourful bone-based soup. Though slightly pricier than typical wanton noodles, the quality justifies the cost. Chef Kang’s Noodle House offers an exceptional dining experience with consistently delicious noodles and char sieu, making it a must-visit spot for Chinese food lovers in Toa Payoh.
Business Reviews:
1. Probably the best char siew in Singapore. Tender, juicy and lots of flavours coming out a s you bite…
2. One of the best wanton mee in SG. Char Siew is best, noodle is QQ and cooked al dente. Wanton is seriously good, meaty and well seasoned with thin wanton skin. The soup is also good as you can tell it’s been made with cooking some bones as it’s very flavorful. The noodle sauce is also really well balance☺️Not much to complain except the price a little steep compared to other wanton noodle, but I get what you pay for👍, did I say char siew damn shiok ?
3. Never fail for a good bowl of wanton noodles. At times, you can’t stop at one bowl. The noodles and the char siew are both awesome. Char siew is great and not so charred. You don’t get the bitter taste from the burnt ends.
