A large portion of their furniture has either been painstakingly refurbished or hand-assembled using antique components. The café’s atmosphere is meant to bring back fond recollections of their early years. 1. Tried this place during a weekday afternoon due to the good reviews. Tried a browny with Ferrero Gelato which costs 8.50. There is no gst and service charge. And the Cafe environment is very nice. This kind of gem should be promoted more often. The browny and the Gelato was to me quite average. Nothing superbly outstanding. But the value justifies the 5 star that I’m giving. At this price point, for the products offered, it is definitely worth coming. One thing I would have preferred would be to have spoons. They only had forks and I did not really like it that I had to slurp up the Gelato cream from the serving plates.
2. Staff are friendly and attentive, there is a wide variety of flavours to choose from, and everything reasonably priced. The ice cream has a sticky/thick texture that is really nice. For an ice cream shop there is a lot of seating and has a very nice atmosphere. Recommend if you want to get ice cream with some friends.

1. Ordered soursop ice, mango ice, black sesame, black glutinous rice. All came in huge portion! Owner was very nice too! Apparently there’s no coconut milk in the black glutinous rice but if you like that, order it with coconut ice cream. Tastes even better!
2. Great desserts all round, not only do they look aesthetically pleasing, they tasted great as well! Hot and cold desserts available! Try it if you’re in the area.
3. Dessert not bad but a bit sweet for me. Service is good and the place is clean.

2. Best shaved ice ever tried. Very good balance of texture, melting in mouth while still have the icicle feel, not like what was popular the snowy ice. According to the shop they use premium fresh syrup which tastes really nice (and supposedly more healthy). Some hidden mini taro balls inside bring some extra joy. Environment and staff also good. Still, indeed it is not cheap..
3. Ordered the matcha ice. Matcha flavour was intense throughout which is surprising for shaved ice. Matcha is also true to flavour and not overly sweetened.
