1. Crowded place most of the time. Fast service friendly service. Couple interesting dish I haven’t seen on regular Japanese menu to try like smoked cheese. Good selection of Sake. Been here a couple times and enjoyed each time.
2. Skipped the alcohol and was still blown away by the quality of food here. Their prices are extremely reasonable and their dishes comprise of very fresh produce. Can’t got wrong with sashimi and their hot soups are comforting for rainy days. It’s a great place to unwind after work or for celebrations, or if you simply want to indulge in good izakaya fare.
3. If you want to feel like in Japan, try this Izakaya. This is a place for meeting friends and families. Varieties of sakes and beers. I strongly recommend you to try the 3 types of sea urchins and 3 types of grilled fishes. They were so delicious. The staff there were so friendly and efficient. We ordered a hotpot. Every staff literally came to check if we need any more soup. LOL. The average cost per person is around $90 including 1 bottle of 300ml sake. It’s a popular place. Do reserve a table before you go.
