I would like to compliment one staff in particular, Sandra, for the exceptional hospitality and service.The meats that she assisted to cook for us were great, given her skills in cooking. She even wished both of us happy birthday with a birthday cake, knowing my wife’s birthday and I was one day apart, thru casual conversation. Will definitely come back!
2. Had a fantastic experience at Seorae. The service by the staff, especially Andrew who had a smile on his face all the time regardless of how busy the restaurant was. 2 thumbs up to the staff!!! Food portion was also quite reasonable and pricing was average.
3. Well, I must say it really depends on who attended to you. Not our first time here though so I didn’t bother to take photos earlier. We went near 3pm, just a few tables occupied. This time we asked service staff Jane to help us grill the meat. I tell you, she was very good. She explained how the meat should be grilled and was very patience to grill all the 3 plates of meat for us. Thumbs up for her service.

1. Always upgrade to premium and spam the premium meats. They taste different. Good for social events. Ice cream is also good. Many drinks selection too. The staff at the Tampines Mall branch are very energetic and on the ball. They helped us take photos and 1 of them even made us a birthday ice cream platter. We really appreciate that! Overall, it’s a good place to chill with friends and family.
2. 😱Seoul garden have just upped their game. The whole time I was like “since when” “since when” “since when”. The last time we went Seoul garden was like 4 yrs ago. Mostly we were not really satisfied with the food. But…. Now it’s on a whole new level. The meat was super fresh. The cooked food was super fresh. Tasty tooo if I might add. The only thing that I was sad about is that I had applied for the membership on my birthday and couldn’t use the $20 off. But I don’t even mind not using the offer because the food was…. scrumptious. I highly recommend choosing the supreme menu to enjoy the unlimited wagyu. Sooo value for money. A birthday well spent ❤️❤️❤️
