2. Ordered Dashi Ramen & Kara Miso Ramen. Dashi broth is so light yet rich & flavourful. Delicious broth. Thumb up. Chashu and duck were ok. Kara Miso’s spicy level is just right and not too salty. Nicely done. Their noodle type is thick and flat overall perfectly done. At the end, you can ask for a small bowl of rice. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The restaurant only has 10 counter seats. Overall highly recommended. 👍
3. Honestly one of the best Japanese style Dan Dan Men served here. It feels really authentic with a small and cosy bar style seating area. The staff would take care of you with attention. Ordered the non-spicy version but it still has some kick to it due to the numbing peppers in the sauce. You can add your own spice with mountain pepper offered on the table. The Kara Miso ramen was also pretty good not too spicy. Free small servings of rice were also offered for you to soak in the soup and finish your meal.

The quality of the noodle is just as good as always. With the lunch special making it a better deal. I ordered the Chashu Soba with the Aburi Chasu Salad and my fiancée had the set meal Tori Namban Teishoku with Gomoku seawood. If you happen by CBD area.. give it a try. You wouldn’t be disappointed.
3. The Zenbu All-In Soba tastes delicious. The noodles are firm and chewy, the size is perfect. The sauce and gravy will stick to the noodles, thanks for its beautiful texture. The meat is tender, and the gravy amount is perfect for the noodles. A bit salty for my taste but it is a personal preference.

The fried oysters were sufficiently fresh (although one was fresher than the other) and the breading was done well enough that it didn’t fall apart when bitten. I wouldn’t recommend the chicken wings. They also have some interesting alcoholic beverages with flavoured sodas. Service was good and their booth seats are quite cosy. Might be back to try their mazesoba or even their fried rice.
