1. First time trying and I will say the food is good. This is the same shop that used to be at Blk 22 Sin Ming Avenue. Never had a chance to dine there as they were always full. The dish I tried was the Seafood Hor Fun ($5). Although portions were quite small, the Hor Fun was tasty. You can taste the wok hey. The ingredients were fresh too. Decided to tapow some medium fried rice ($8) after that.
2. Came here on a Saturday night for dinner and had to queue for almost 1 hour to order. Just one chef and two other assistant, this is a small zichar shop so be prepared to wait. Overall I felt the food was homely and ingredients were fresh. The dish that stood out for me was the oyster omelette. Most people ordered the fish head claypot which should be good but I didn’t get to try this time. Total bill for 4 pax came up to just $60 which is very reasonable for 5 dishes. If you have sometime to spare and don’t mind queuing then can consider trying this honest and homely place out.
3. On Wednesday 20 December 2023, after walking from Marymount MRT station Exit A through Thomson Shunfu Precinct estate, I had Salted Fish Fried Rice for my lunch at Shunfu Mart outlet since it was moved from Ah Sin Family Eating House located at Blk 22 Sin Ming Road and it tasted very delicious. Overall, the service provided to me was very good and it cost me $6.00. I would love to try these delightful seafood dishes from Yong Hwa Seafood in the future.

1. Gim Seng Heng is located in Sin Min industrial area. Serving great zhi char dishes at affordable price! They have rooms with KTV if you want to sing. Staff super friendly, price is great and serving is good. Some food that is a must try, their pork knuckle, lobster roll, prawn paste chicken and yam. Their special chilli is a must try! Remember to ask for it. Make reservation before coming down. Ample parking space outside! Free parking.

2. Decent food in the area (not many tze char options nearby) and relatively near to mrt. Been here a few times and will continue visiting. Price is okok as well ($17 per pax for 1 main noodle and 2 mains)
3. This restaurant is located under road level at the basement of the building. First impressions are very small portions but luckily everything tasted good. For an industrial building eatery, the pricing is really high. I spent about $95 for this meal.
