1. My first time coming to this Anytime Fitness branch earlier today, no crowd, maybe bcuz its in the morning. The gym is super neat and clean. Good aircon and ventilation. AMAZING view while doing my warm up on the treadmill. I was mind blown to see a protein vending machine.
2. The staff here are friendly and so kind! It is always a pleasure to be greeted before my workout! It is a 10/10 gym with top notch equipment! Highly recommended!

1. Workout as simple as 30 minutes. Friendly and well experience coaches. Full of guidelines from them. Clean and well maintained gym. Motivated coaches to all the clients. Friendly staffs.
2. Cannot believe it’s 1 month since I have been with ritual gym and am injury free so far. After having injuries with 2 personal trainers, my physio suggested that ritual was enough for general fitness and he was right. I used to hate working out when my 2 PT pushed me so hard but here the coaches don’t push unnecessarily and don’t shame me for regressing weights. The actual work out is 25(?) Minutes but I am ok with this as I have a full time job and 1 hour workout takes up too much of my life.
3. Love the short burst HIIT regime! It’s great for people with hectic schedules! Awesome shower facilities with hairdryer and shower amenities provided. I can’t find a reason not to continue clocking my workout sessions with the encouraging coaches here!

It has been a great experience doing personal training session with Coach Leon as he is always pushing me hard during our sessions to ensure that I am able to make the most out of my training session. He always makes sure that I have proper form and provides feedback so I can do better. He also monitors my food intake to ensure that I have the right nutrition and have a proper balanced diet. Overall was able to see the results in my physique and was able to build up my strength as well.
2. Embarking on the 6-week challenge, being new to the gym, proved enlightening. The half-hour group sessions provided a welcoming start for a beginner. Transitioning to an hour of 1-to-1 training with Gene revealed a holistic approach beyond just physical gains. The intensity of the journey, guided by Gene, left a lasting imprint, pushing me beyond limits. His focus on weaknesses enhanced my effort and endurance, making the 10 sessions not only insightful but also instilling a committed pursuit of a healthier lifestyle. Thank you Max out
3. This is my first gym and first attempt to start the fitness journey. TBH Im so glad to have discovered a gym ( with group PT) that is both affordable and efficient!! Gene, Kieran and Liz have been tremendously helpful. My goal was to gain weight, and within a few weeks of training, i had gained 4-5 kgs! Thank you so much and definitely will recommend MAX OUT especially for beginners.
