1. This is a renovated shopping mall and is much improved. Although the shopping mall is comparatively small as compared to the newly built malls, it has all the popular stores and eateries of a heartland mall.
2. A small mall but with all you need with daily essential. Free shutter bus provided. Anchored tenants are Giant supermarket, Daiso, Yamaha Music School, Coffe Bean & Tea Leave, etc. Retails & supermarket are located on basement to 2nd floor. There are quite a number of Tution centres School & some F&B at the 3rd floor. Please see the attached free bus service schedule in my photo gallery.
3. A place to go with family on your next shopping trip. There are Daiso, Gaint Hypermarket, Mr DIY, Valuedollar, and many other eateries as well. Popular bookstore is no longer here😔 They also take the initiative to set up the event space to promote different things, the recent one was a Eco- Educational corner and how you could do your part to contributing towards Singapore’s Green Plan 2030. 🪴

1. Visited Sun Plaza with my mum today by MRT which is just next door. Had lunch here and walked around after some shopping at FairPrice. It’s nice to walk around as not too crowded. Have a good no of shops here for a heartlander mall here. Overall, I think this mall, it’s location and MRT next door is splendid and convenient for people living around here. Will visit again soon. 😄👍

One of the small Mall near Sembawang MRT, no fashion stores available there, only food stalls therevas well as Japan stores, KFC, McDonald, Bread talk like big food stalls there, The Valu store there where you can get home essentials at cheaper price, Bata shoes 👞 and bag 🎒 stores there and many other small small stores there …

3. Canberra Plaza
Canberra Plaza is a hidden treasure in the neighbourhood that offers easy access to neighbouring HDB buildings and the MRT station. Dining choices are plentiful with NTUC FairPrice located in the basement and a range of food booths, including the well-known A&W and McDonald’s on Level 1. 1. First time here. Very good experience I think. This neighborhood mall is linked directly to the MRT station and the HDB blocks, very convenient and you don’t have to worry about bad weather. The car park is in the basement and also linked directly to the HDB blocks. NTUC fair price is located in the basement while level 1 is mostly the food stalls including the famous A&W and McDonald’s. A good variety of fnbs here, typical of your neighborhood mall.
2. This mall is strategically located due to the direct link to the Mrt station, and it makes it very convenient to alight form the mrt station and just head for Canberra plaza. There are seating areas scattered around the place if you want somewhere to sit down and rest
3. A nice mall with NTUC supermarket and Daiso is the basement. Many restaurants and health care facilities in the 3 levels mall. There are two bread shop too. One thing to note is the rare to see A&W restaurant at LV 1. The McDonald restaurant nextdoor is quite big size there. It’s Connected to the Canberra North South line MRT station for ease of travel.
