3. It has been such a great experience with Club Pilates! I was trying to search for a Pilates class to try it out for the first time and I stumbled upon Club Pilates Woodlands! They also offer a free trial for beginners to get to know the Pilates equipment and how the lessons are conducted. During the lessons, the instructors will also guide us through the movements and also let us know the different muscles in our body. It meets my needs of a simple clean studio, air conditioned, and most importantly they have capable instructors who are experienced in various types of yoga teachings.
