It is a cosy place. There is a gym, a small pool and a roof garden. Relstively quiet surrounding so that was nice. It is about a 500m walk away from Novena MRT station where you can grt tons of food. Size of room is good for a couple in my opinion as it is not very big. Room has a small area for a stove, oven and even a toaster.

We were in a situation which requires us to move out at a short notice. Luckily, we managed to get ourselves a place to stay with Ariva. The room were clean and well equipped. There was almost everything that we need in a house (washing machine + dryer, kitchen, laundry bags, hangers, etc).The swimming pool and gym were also well maintained. We were pleased with the services provided by the team. Special thanks to Melinda for accommodating to our need during and after the stay.
