1. Anchorpoint
Anchorpoint is a little oasis offering a wide range of necessities as well as amusement. With a long history dating back to 1997, it is home to a wide range of facilities, such as a supermarket, fast-food restaurants, bubble tea, cafés, hairdressers, and more. A touch of nostalgia is added by the ageless Jack’s Place restaurant, and the mall’s appeal is increased by the recent installation of the NLB’s Comic Library. On Friday nights, the manga library, Cotton On bargain store, and Acai Bro provide a peaceful haven for those looking to get away from the throng. One standout feature is the little coffee shop, Anchorpoint, which is a hidden gem for coffee lovers and anybody looking for some alone time with friends thanks to great brews and a kind atmosphere.
Business Review:
1. The recent revamp from last year is great! This 2 level mall maybe compact in size but it has everything one needs: supermarket, fast food, bubble tea, cafe, coffee joints, hair and nails salons, dry cleaner and etc! Some restaurants have been here since it opened in 1997 like nostalgic Jack’s Place. The new Comic Library by NLB is a wonderful addition to this mall!
2. Visit the manga library, cotton on discount shop and Acai Bro. Nice place without crowd on Friday night.
3. Charming coffee spot at Anchorpoint! Exceptional coffee and cozy ambience make it a hidden gem. Perfect for quiet moments or catching up with friends. A must-visit for coffee enthusiasts seeking a delightful atmosphere. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The neighbourhood zichar restaurant is well-known for its crab-based specialties, while John’s Pizzeria is impressive with its high-calibre menu. Business Review:
1. Good makan mall that is full of diners. The local zichar restaurant seems to specialize in crab dishes. John’s Pizzeria turned out to be good. AlibaBAR is a good place to get a few drinks with food. The KUMO japanese buffet restaurant I have yet to try.
2. Simple mall nothing much except for some food and cafes. Most food choices were alright and not expensive. Parking easy to get free. Many lots. We often go there for dinner at the restaurants and afternoon coffee at Toast Box or supper at Master Prata (it can get crowded at night!).
3. This shopping mall is very interesting.👍😉 …

5. Margaret Market
Nestled amid the former hawker centre, Margaret Market is a bustling cluster of eateries that comes as a nice surprise to both locals and visitors. Friendly locals run the many culinary options, which include something for everyone from western fare and comforting favourites like Indomee and Chicken Rice Soup to tantalising clams at WaWa. The refurbished market is full of energy and offers a wider selection of food, beverages, and sweets, although there might not be enough seats. While the repair and revitalization of this landmark building reflect its rich history and bring back memories for lifelong inhabitants, the addition of contemporary facilities like a grocery store, gym and salon encourages a feeling of community and promises a welcoming environment for everyone.
Business Review:
1. Absolutely loving this after we stumbled into it. Was looking for the old hawker centre only to find it demolished. In its place is this little enclave of eateries. What we love about it is many are run by our locals and they were all so polite and kind! Food options were plentiful. Definitely returning for more. Impressed by WaWa! Their clams were awesome. Enjoyed the western food too. Next would be the Indomee and Chicken Rice Soup and Ramly Taco!
2. Revamped Margaret market with more vibes. The variety of food, drinks and desserts are of wide choice. Though the seating is a bit limited. Super nice wawa lala glass noodle and sambar rice. Creamier ice cream still as good. Many other to try in next trip.
3. As someone who grew up in Margaret Drive when this icon was a real market (and then restaurants including the famous chicken rice) in the 70s-90s, it is great to see the restoration and revival of this heritage building. Now, there are many modern eateries, a bar, a grocer, a minimart, a gym, a dentist, a hair salon and a TCM shop. Hopefully this space can be used to promote community spirit within the neighbourhood.
