2. This was my first experience with New Shan and my last group tour was at least 13years ago. The tour guide and tour leader have exceeded my expectations. The tour guide, Louise was very knowledgeable and she taught everyone how to ski. Tour leader, Kah Jun was friendly and caring. He will post meet up timing and information on group chat for our ease of reference. The only improvements are the free and easy and shopping time. Premium outlet only given 1.5hrs which was definitely insufficient. It was the first time in Korea that I didn’t have time to shop at Lotte mart for snacks. New shan might consider for a later flight or remove the last day ginseng place and etc. I would prefer to spend time to walk around and experience the festive feel since we have been on the coach/ plane for past few days. Overall, it’s still recommendable. The guide and leader were really good! Thanks!
