Business Reviews:
1. Recently attended Li Xian’s Essential yoga class in Chinatown, and it was wonderful. She’s super friendly and patient, making everyone feel comfortable. Plus, her calming voice helped us stay relaxed throughout the session. She is great at giving easy-to-follow instructions and adjusting poses to fit everyone’s needs. I left feeling peaceful and refreshed.
2. I came across NPSOY through classpass early this year and was blown away by the traditional practices the school has to offer. They have a truly genuine and welcoming community especially Priyan and Pam. Truly grateful and lucky to have found this yoga school being frequent visitor to Sg. Best part is they’ve opened up another school in Anchor Point! I really enjoyed all the classes I’ve been in both locations so far and thankful for the tips and guidance from all the teachers 🙏🏻
3. Attended Sharon’s Stretch class today at 1 pm at Anchorpoint. I’ve always enjoyed her class as she is very clear, gentle and demonstrative by example. Many struggled with hamstring today and she made it a point to focus on it so that we get better over time. The vibe is just great. Good to do ahead of a busy week!

2. The Yoga Mandala
The Yoga Mandala (TYM) stands out as a haven for those seeking the best Chinatown Yoga in Singapore. With an emphasis on individual needs, TYM’s founder, Jess, leads with a gentle yet effective teaching style, making it equally welcoming for both beginners and advanced practitioners. Classes feature clear, straightforward cueing and thoughtful sequences, ensuring a balance of challenge and enjoyment. TYM’s teacher training program is well-rounded, blending theory with practical application, including a focus on Sanskrit terms. Safety and purposeful practice are central here, with each flow crafted to lead towards a peak pose. Experiencing the Yoga sessions at TYM is described as invaluable, with instructors like Jess and Alexis providing priceless insights and deepening personal practice.
Business Reviews:
1. One of the best thing to have happened for me — taking the YTT with Jess. She pays attention to each individual body needs & has a gentle approach to teaching which I dearly appreciated. It helped me change my body & mindset which I think is the most valuable takeaway I can gather from this program (would take this twice if I could) I would definitely recommend this to advanced practitioners and beginners alike!! 🙂
2. I attend the classes at TYM and did the teacher training course here too. I feel that the teachers at TYM strike a great balance with their style of clear, straightforward cueing and thoughtful sequences, all while making sure students have a good time. I also really appreciate that the teacher training was really well-rounded with the theory (I liked the focus on using Sanskrit terms) and practical (challenging but fun drills).
3. I’ve tried going to other yoga studios but the experience is never as good as at TYM. At TYM is where I find peace and tranquility, where I’m able to focus on my own practice with instructors that guide well and where safety is a priority. Each flow is carefully crafted with a peak pose in mind, so there is a purpose in the poses. I’ve also completed my YTT200 hr at TYM and it was one of the best decisions ever. The insights gained from Jess and Alexis are priceless and it has really helped deepen my own practice. Jess is a really fun YTT instructor and has the ability to break down things that is easy to understand.

Business Reviews:
1. Really like the high ceiling of the space. Instructor Apoorva was great! As a first timer trying out yoga, she assured me that it will not be intimidating and checked during the session if everyone was ok with the pace and feeling ok. Will come back for more classes as I benefited from the stretching and sound bath!
2. Nice clean studio! Not difficult to find, just follow the instructions. The instructor Shi Qi gives clear instructions on the poses and changing to the next pose! What’s interesting about this class is that they have those yoga bowls for a sound bath at the end of the class. Relaxing
3. I really love everything about zennez! Among SG bustling culture I really found myself slowing down my pace and really enjoying the yoga classes here, the instructors are not only attentive but they also try their best to ensure that everyone in the class is doing well and goes around to correct everyone’s posture too! Would really recommend anyone that wants to practice yoga!! ☺️
