Post-sales: However, I had a poor experience with the installation company( Outsource) —who was rigid in their requests—Jonathan stepped in to help resolve the issue amicably. 2. This branch has amazing staff with great service and knowledge on the product, and go the extra mile . We were impressed with Bryson who helped us with Miele ovens and mentioned about the ampere requirements, which we had no idea about . But we will come back once we check our kitchen set up. Then we had great service from Raymond on fans and with his help bought 3 fans using climate vouchers .
