Business Reviews:
1. Not kidding when I say everything here is nice from the army stew to the marination of the meats and the freshness of the seafood and everything in between is literally perfect, the best KBBQ for this price I’ve ate. Super reasonable price as well. Amazing service as well with very patient staff despite our first time being there and the female service staff in white T shirt goes table to table to check and help us regularly change the paper sheet and cook the meats for us shows how much they prioritise service in this establishment. On a side note, this is one of the few coffee shop Kbbq then I’ve seen freshly make their kimchi as well. Would extremely highly highly recommend to dine here!
2. BBQ and Army Stew all-you-can-eat with meats, vegetables, seafood, and banchan for $22.90 nett is quite worth it. Only thing is we probably came a little late so many of the meats were low on quantity. Marinated meats were well-seasoned and I love the baby squids. Also comes with limited quantities of cheese and eggs. Free ice-cream is also included in the package but we were too full to have it. Staff were attentive and kept topping up broth and changing paper on the bbq plate. Would be good if there was a little receptacle for shells. On a side note, the bbq plate was super non-stick – the egg came off clean!
3. Love the affordable buffet spread – super good to have both choices of Army stew and Korean BBQ! The BBQ includes so many varieties of meat / vege / seafood etc and comes with free flow sauces and rice and japchae. There are even crabs!! The owner was so kind and nice and attentive – at one point my BBQ paper was black and she immediately came over to change as soon as she noticed it. I didn’t even have to raise a hand to ask! Great meal and will revisit for sure. Plus, you get to bring home a tub of kimchi and icecream!!!

Business Reviews:
1. It was a good day to have Thai bbq with cool weather and a well ventilated coffeeshop. It was our first visit there during dinner time. Storefront was very clean and staff was very helpful despite being the only one at work it seems. She only got help when some of the portable stoves needed refills for gas and we had to wait for awhile but other than that kudos to her.
We ordered the set for $36 that’s good for 2 to 3 pax and added on some ingredients since we had a 4th pax (child) with us. Portions were good and ingredients were fresh. They also have well marinated meats, nothing too fanciful but yet flavourful. Really value for money and my kids enjoyed cooking their own food as usual. Overall, a pleasant dining experience so do drop them a visit if you are in the east area!
2. Recently tried this halal mookata spot, perfect for Mother’s Day celebration. Generous portions, variety of meats and veggies. Added the tomyum soup base for extra flavor, great value for money. My mum doesn’t like grilled meat, but she enjoyed dipping it in the soup. Great spot for a casual meal with small family.
3. Ordered the set for 2-3 pax which is at $36. It contains a variety of meat including salmon, smoked duck, beef and chicken. The chicken was nicely marinated and the big prawns were fresh (: The location is near to mrt and convenient.

1. Celebrated my friend’s birthday there and the service is phenominal! Friendly staff / owners, arranged long table for us (we had more than 10 people) and overall made us feel welcomed. Food is well-seasoned and delicious, reasonably priced. Lots of options and platter makes it easy to decide. I’d give more than 5 stars if I could.
2. This was our first visit to Dajie Bedok BBQ Mookata, a halal-certified eatery. They offer three different soup bases: Clear Soup, Mala, and Tom Yum. We chose the Tom Yum, which is self-made, and found it to be robust and unique in flavor. The crayfish was very fresh and sweet, and the marinated chicken was excellently prepared. The service was swift. We will definitely be back for more.
3. Location is very accessible. Excellent selection & quality of Mala Hotpot dishes. Service by boss is top notch. Overall a very happy & satisfied dinner. Will definitely come again 🙂
