1. King Grouper Fish Soup
They have been producing and distributing huge groupers for around 20 years, sending 100–200 tonnes of premium gigantic groupers to China and Hong Kong each year. They are the quintessential blue farm-to-table concept operator, raising their fish from broodstock to maturity in their 1-hectare fish farm to supply premium big groupers of the highest calibre. The team sets out to catch the fish before dawn so that you can enjoy farm-to-table fresh fish every day. Rich Hong Kong residents, who are among the greatest seafood experts, give giant groupers excellent marks.

Business Reviews:
1. Excellent food soup. Will recommend the red grouper soup. Note that tbles/seats are limited during lunchtime.
2. Located in Wisma Atria’s foodcourt, I really recommend their Fried Fish Soup. The large size soup has 10 slices of fish and it can be shared between 2 people. So you only spend SGD 12 in total; SGD 10 for the large size fish soup and SGD 2 for 2 bowls of rice (white rice is SGD 1 each). It’s a good deal and very filling meal.
3. Thick succulent slices of red grouper. About 5-6 pieces for a large $12 portion. Served with crunchy and fresh cabbage and a few slices of tomatoes. Also comes with 3 chunks of minced pork. The soup broth was light and to some it could be a little bland but it was perfect for me. Server was quick and efficient, there was a never ending queue despite on a Saturday late evening.

Business Reviews:
1. The fish soup here is delicious! There is rice and fish soup. Mee Sua Fish Soup. There are also different fish species. Overall. It’s delicious. The price is around $10 and you can eat it.
2. Tried the collagen fish soup at the Orchard branch. Broth was smooth and silky, and not ladened with MSG. Fish slices tasted very fresh. Had also tried the cold dish of brinjal which is prepared in its most natural form (very mildly seasoned), and the green mussels which were plump and succulent. So if you like your food not overly flavoured, these 2 dishes are worth trying. Its sour plump drink is also quite a refreshing thirst quencher. All-in-all a delightful meal!
3. Really delicious and flavorful fish soup. I enjoyed the spicy poached grouper the most. Although recently the stall seems to run out of stock of the normal grouper and is substituting it with giant grouper, the fish slices are not the same and it’s chunkier. Would have preferred if the original grouper is back on the menu.

Business Reviews:
1. Whenever I go Far East Plaza, I would eat only at this place. Food good, service quite fast for off peak. So far I ate their signature fish soup, ngoh chiang and pork chop rice. All deliciously cooked! Prices affordable for Orchard Road area. Hope to bring my family members so tt I could order more varieties to eat. Happy customer😊.
2. One of my go to places, even if I’m on a cheat day. The fish soup is my constant; fresh batang fish that is firm to the bite and with no fishy aftertaste. The Ngoh Huang was great too, wished they served it with sweet sauce though but it was a great dish even by itself. The har keong gai was a surprise, crispy and fragrant, rare that one can find such good quality. Overall, the meal of 2 mains (I added extra fish for mine), 2 sides and 2 drinks put us back about $42. If you’re going for just a main by itself, it’d be much cheaper. Overall, still one of my favourite places.
3. This is a gem hiding in one corner of Orchard! We love all the dishes that we ordered and wish we could order more. Must order: oyster omelette (crispy and tasty) & sambal sotong (wok hei is good and sotong is fresh) & fish soup (Teochew style very yummy) ! Wish I could try the prawn noodle which looks so delicious! Plus point: price is very affordable.
