2. Food was delicious and worth every penny! ordered few dishes including Crab bee Hoon, butter cream crab, prawns and vege. All were very fresh and rightly cooked! Crab was huge too! Service was superb too! Lady bosses were nice, friendly and welcoming. Staff there were also prompt and service oriented. Celebrated birthday and brought along a cake, the friendly auntie there even came in and sang a solid birthday song for my friend. Definitely will come back too

1. The food is both affordable and delicious. I spent $23.50 for a whole sea bass at $9 (not small at all), 6 big prawns for $8, and xiao bai chye vegetables. 2. Update: Went back with my family and ordered the Grouper ($10), Sotong ($12), Lala ($8), Bamboo Clam ($8). Photos of the last two have been posted. Once again, all very fresh. My wife had a cough and I was able to request the non-spicy version for all dishes. The most pleasant surprise was the Lala. These were the biggest lalas I have seen! Super value, great food.
One of the benefits of doing Google reviews of eateries is that one is forced to try something new (so that there is something to write about), instead of only returning to one’s favourite tried and tested stalls. With that in mind, I am so happy to have come across Hee Hee Hee. “Hee Hee Hee” is the response that I usually get for telling my jokes, so I was amused to learn that it is also the name of a hawker stall selling fresh seafood. I ordered the Sea Bass ($9) and the Sotong in Thai Sauce ($12). The Sea Bass was very fresh and oh, so enjoyable with the garlic. The fish meat smoothly glided down my oesophagus. This dish would easily have cost at least $25 in some restaurants! I did not encounter any issue with fish scales like some reviewers did. At this price, I wouldn’t even mind a few scales here and there, to be honest.
Next the Sotong. I am probably Singapore’s number one Sotong fan. I almost cried tears of joy when the Sotong dish was placed before me. The hot Thai sauce really enhanced the flavour of the dish. This is probably the best $12 that I have spent on Sotong for as long as I can remember. But if I were to be forced to criticise, then I’d say that the Sotong was slightly overcooked. My lunch kaki also enjoyed the Sea Bass and vegetables ($6). He said that the food here reminded him of McDonalds. Huh?? How so? I asked. “It is a Happy Meal” was his reply.
3. One of the very few stalls that has a queue no matter the time of the day! I tried to beat the queue by heading over for dinner at 5pm but still……. No chance. Waited 30mins and we ordered the steamed Grouper, Veg and Otah. Super fresh fish, very well done and was all of the dishes are not overly salty. I can see many people are also eating their prawns and Lala. I believe it is as good as it gets. When you only primarily sell, cook, serve Fish as your main dish, I think you have to be really good at what you do. And indeed, I’m glad the queue was worth it. #nexttimeicomeat4pm

1. Best seafood bee hoon soup I have eaten! Very flavourful soup and great taste. Prawns are always big and fresh. Even more delicious when crispy pork lard is added to the dish. Our go to on weekly basis. Highly recommended ! Lots of parking nearby by the way so very convenient if you are driving.

3. By far the best white bee hoon stall in Singapore. The prawn, lala and sliced fish bee hoon is really so tasty. The cray fish, prawn and lala bee hoon is equally good. The bee hoon has very good wok hei and the gravy has good umami flavour and the seafood taste is distinct. Service is also very good. Both the owner and the helper are very friendly. Best of all is that they do not charge for the plastic containers for take away orders. Definitely my go to stall for white bee hoon.
