Popular for its markets, shopping malls and convenience, explore the four best shopping malls in the Jurong East district. From fashion and lifestyle to entertainment and dining options, these Jurong East shopping malls offer a fantastic shopping experience for all to enjoy.
Note: This list is strictly not in order.
1. Westgate
Conveniently located at the heart of Jurong Gateway, the Westgate Shopping Mall is positioned centrally at the prime spot in the west district and is one of the two Jurong East MRT shopping malls. Comprising a seven-story mall with over 150 stores beneath a twenty-story office building, it seamlessly integrates both office and retail spaces within a single structure. Shop from a variety of products and services, including fashion, electronics and plenty of food and beverage choices.
Business Review:
1. Always buzzing and full of energy. Difficult to get a carpark lot during the lunch hours or in the evenings. Connected to Jem and MRT. Many well known brands are available. Good place to eat or shop around or just stroll.
2. Lots of different shops and a wide choice of food available from cafes to restaurants to foodcourt at B1. The Starbucks at Westgate outlet is big. There is DBS Bank & ATM at level 4. At level 4, there are kids craft station, kiddy rides, baby spa and children.
3. Got plenty of selections. The beauty technicians are very polite and friendly. I would suggest to go there during sale day. Enjoy!

2. JEM
JEM stands as one of Singapore’s largest suburban malls, providing over 200 stores. From confectionary and food retail to electronics, explore a diverse range of retailers, all conveniently available in one location. In addition to the regular retail stores, the mall features a Cathay Cineplex movie theatre and a three-story IKEA store. With a direct connection to the Jurong East MRT station and proximity to the Jurong East Bus Interchange, transportation is effortless.
Business Reviews:
1. A shopping mall with a good variety of shops, food, fashion, grocery, also a 2 level don don donki. Best mall in the area, unlike its neighbors (Westgate) that has no aircon and JCube which is closing down soon. If you are in Jurong East and you are thinking of which mall to go to, I would suggest JEM.
2. A very fulfilling shopping mall that has everything you need all under one roof! The playground at the top floor is a highlight as well. It is connected to the kopitiam which is quite an amazing food court that serves a variety of food. Overall, a very popular mall that serves the people from the west coast.. Two thumbs up!
3. Nice place but is a smaller mall as compared to the rest of the western malls. Jem is the first lifestyle hub in Singapore’s west where mid to mid-plus shopping meets entertainment; functionality meets experience and where community culture meets city inspiration. Jem’s name is a wordplay reference of the mall as the crown jewel of Jurong and Singapore’s west. Jem is Singapore’s third largest suburban mall housing 250 units over 580,000 square feet of retail space across six levels. Jem is directly connected to the Jurong East MRT interchange station and located at the junction of Jurong Gateway Road and Boon Lay Way. Major retailers include IKEA Jurong, Fairprice Xtra, Cathay Cineplexes, Don Don Donki, H&M, Kopitiam Food Hall and UNIQLO.

Besides the fantastic shopping deals, IMM also offers a wide variety of international dining cuisine options to enjoy. For tourists, head down to the customer service counter on the first floor to claim the tourist privilege booklet and enjoy exclusive deals.
Business Reviews:
1. We went early in the morning for breakfast. Quite a number of eateries are already open. Most of the shops selling bags, shoes, etc open at 10am. Very big shopping mall and there’s seats for you to rest. There’s a giant hypermarket there too. Ample parking space.
2. IMM is an expansive shopping centre with a diverse range of stores and dining options. The layout is convenient, making it easy to navigate. The parking facilities are well-maintained and spacious. However, during peak hours, it can get quite crowded. Overall, a great place for shopping and dining with friends and family.
3. Great bargains on major brands all year round. Also, many F&B outlets to replenish your energy, with all the great shopping available. Great connectivity to other nearby malls & Jurong East MRT.

Experience the friendly and inviting ambience, along with the affordable shopping and dining options. You can also head next door to the Taman Jurong Market & Food Centre to enjoy delicious local hawker delights.
Business review:
1. A place with a lot of things for daily usage. Groceries shopping is best done here. They have everything except live stocks, machinery vehicle. The prices are cheap too. Better make a visit here.
2. This is quiet and all things are available in one place. We can buy groceries, and fresh vegetables around the place. We can buy good and tasty food and beverages in the food court here. Children can play games and buy toys here. Parking spaces are available and you can do shopping without getting drenched in rain.
3. Taman Jurong shopping centre. This is a quiet, small and very practical marketplace. Located just beside a Masjid. It’s not too crowded yet it’s not empty. No 1 that is prominent here is 7-eleven that is located right at the entry. Making this place a very good stop for tourists especially Malaysians as we know they need to reload cash cards and autopass. There Is a mosque right in the corner that looks exactly like an RnR resting station in Malaysia. Second strong point, ATM machines. POSB and DBS. and another one i’m not sure if its an atm or what. Not familiar with that. So you get back from work on your payday, go to atm and withdraw, reload the cashcard, buy some drinks and drive home. The market area is not big and wide like those mrt shopping stations. Every shop is close by and does not kill your legs. Also got a food court if you need a fill. Telco shops. Barber. Optician. And guess what? Angler shop! Now that is special.
