Business Reviews:
1. Lovely Wok Hey Hokkien Mee, not too moist and dry and it’s just right. Chili and pork lard are fragrant. It’s $6 and we thought the portion is small compared to other Hokkien Mee. This is great if you are not super hungry because it can’t fill your tummy. Consider having a bigger plate or add ons like the beehoon goreng and rojak from the nearby stalls. They are all very tasty too! Nevertheless, it’s still one of the best Hokkien Mee we have ever tried.
2. The better Hokkien Mee out there.
3. Hi, i think this hokkien fry prawn mee is pretty good, they use thin bee hoon instead of the thick ones which i think helped to absorb the gravy and make it more moist, home cooked feel, but lack of wok hei in my opinion but this is made up for by the pork lard that was made freshly , there is no ” oily after taste ” each piece of pork lard was crispy, when you bite into it , it is dry and no oil sip out , i think it is fantastic. The sambal chilli 🌶️ is pretty spicy, make sure to go easy on it 🙂 i would patronise this stall again 🙂 there is option to add extra prawns for $3, which i think it is worth it.
